CONCERTS

Our mission is to record and to play music for an audience of mature listeners of all ages, who enjoy the sounds of the classical violin and are open to a good mix of diverse cultures and genres from around the world.

The most important part of the concert is the audience. There would be no music without someone listening to it. Our goal is to bring joy to people, to make them feel better with the music we play. They say: "applause is food for the artist". And we are always grateful to receive warm applause at the end of the concert.

No doubt, music moves people in special ways. Sharing music with the audience and watching their emotional reaction to the music is quite a joy to observe. Many scientists have studied the effects of music on the brain, yet our relationship to music still has remained somewhat of a mystery for millennia. We've seen people moved to tears by the music, and we've seen people dancing in their seats, and tapping and smiling with joy. Music is a special language which almost anyone can understand.

We love interacting with the audience before, during and after the concert. Our pre-concert lectures are specially crafted to cast light onto historical facts and anecdotes about composers and their music. During the concert we want to create an intimate, cozy atmosphere by performing beautiful, exciting music, by engaging the audience in conversation and by creating a close connection as we walk through the room, sharing our music, stories and smiles. At the end of the concert we enjoy meeting the audience, taking pictures with them, listening to their stories and thanking them for coming to hear the concert.

We love sharing our knowledge with young artists in each community. We offer masterclasses everywhere we travel and it's a great feeling to encourage and pass our experience on to future generations of artists.

Giving back is very important to us. We share 10% of our revenue with charities around the world, and in the communities where we perform.
